Neutral ground, with space for each side

When a mediation is held at one party’s law office, the other side walks into someone else’s territory. At the Calusa Mediation Center, no party is the host. Everyone meets on equal footing.

The center has two matching sides, each with its own entrance and waiting room. Opposing parties arrive, wait and caucus without crossing paths, and come together only when the mediator brings them into a joint session.

French doors connect the two waiting rooms and can be open or closed. Each ground-floor conference room opens through French doors onto a shared, fully furnished covered outdoor kitchen and garden.

ONE MEDIATION

Each party gets its own side

Each side has its own entrance, waiting room and caucus rooms. The mediator moves between them through the French doors without anyone crossing the lobby.

TWO AT ONCE

Two mediations, side by side

With the French doors closed, each side works as its own suite, so two separate mediations can run on the same day.

HYBRID-READY

Professional video and audio equipment

Each side is fully equipped with the same professional video and audio equipment, so remote participants, such as an adjuster or an out-of-town party, can join from either side.

OUTDOORS

Outdoor kitchen and garden

A place to step outside, take a break and reset during a long day.

In North Naples, within walking distance of Mercato’s restaurants and coffee for lunch breaks.

FOR MEDIATORS

Rent a mediation suite

Mediators can rent one mediation suite or both mediation suites ( full building). Suites are rented for full- day mediations. Please contact us for half-day fees. Each suite includes its own entrance and waiting room, two large conference rooms (one on each floor), a private office for breakouts, a restroom, video and audio equipment, refreshments and access to the outdoor kitchen and garden.

One mediation suite: $400 ( full-day)

Both mediation suites: $800 ( full-day)
